Treatments

Massage Duration

The massage session varies from person and their individual needs. Most commonly people get a one hour (60 min) massage, but can also get an hour and a half (90 min), and two hour (120 min) massage. We also offer a half hour (30 min) session that is mainly targeted towards a focused area. As like any other spa, we also offer massage add-ons which adds an extra 10-15 minutes to your service. Be sure to keep this in mind when booking your massage!

It is important to note that we use Hot Stones in our services regardless of service type. We use complimentary stones during your massage as part of our service as well as hot towels. You may opt out of this at any time by letting your therapist know at the time of service.

This is great for you first massage! It promotes relaxation and stress relief. A basic relaxing full body massage which uses long gliding strokes. Some benefits of this modality include, relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, and increased circulation.

This session is more intense as we use deeper pressure that is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia. The main goal is to help decrease muscle adhesions and pain as well as increase circulation to repair muscles.

Prenatal

During pregnancy, the body goes through so many changes and can leave the mother-to -be felling tired, emotional, with aches and pains, and with so many discomforting side effects. This nurturing massage helps decrease swelling, aches and pains, as well as easing the physical and emotional stresses of pregnancy. This full body massage is preformed side-lying during the 2nd and 3rd trimesters to promote a comfortable  and low stress pregnancy. It also helps your body ease into giving birth towards the end of you pregnancy.

Hot Stone

Get ready to melt into the table with this specialty massage in which the therapist use smooth, heated stones as an extension of their own hands, or by placing them on the body. The heat can be deeply relaxing and help warm up tight muscles so the therapist can work more deeply, more quickly, without deep pressure. The hot stones have a sedative effect that can relieve chronic pain, reduce stress and promote deep relaxation.

Couples

During this session, two people receive massages at the same time normally on a side-by-side table, in the same room from two different therapists. At our office our couples massage is preformed in two different rooms. This is great for husband and wife, mother and daughter, best friends, same sex couples and for whatever occasion. This is also great if it's your first time massage and you feel a bit nervous, sharing this experience with a loved one will help put you at ease.

Therapeutic

This is great for targeting a specific problem area. We use various types of massage modalities in which the main focus is to obtain a therapeutic benefit such as decreasing pain, muscle tension, muscle soreness and strengthen weak muscles in a specific area. This session is great for athletes or people who have recent or old injuries.

Table Thai

This Specialty massage is performed while the client is fully clothed. This work focuses on gentle stretching combined with compression and acupressure which open up the body's energy channels, structural frame and joints which create a truly holistic massage experience. The result is a free flow of unobstructed life force energy allowing the body to heal itself wherever needed.

Cupping

Cupping is an ancient form of alternative medicine which involves placing glass, or plastic cups on the skin and creating a vacuum by suctioning out the air. The purpose of cupping is to enhance circulation, help relieve pain, and pull out the toxins that linger in the tissues, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.

Reflexology

After a long day, your feet need as much pampering as they can get! This treatment is solely for de-stressing your tired and achy feet. We start off by soaking your feet in warm to hot water with lavender salts. Once your feet are nice and relaxed, we apply pressure to specific points on the feet. Then we use a moisturizing cream to massage your feet from the knee down. The cream will re-hydrate your feet leaving them soft and smooth!

Additional Enhancements

Foot Treatment

Feet aren't pampered enough? Add this treatment to the end of you massage for an additional 15 minutes on you feet! Relax and melt away as we wrap your feet in hot towels and gently compress your feet. You will then receive a stimulating exfoliation foot scrub followed by a hydrating foot cream applied with a full foot massage, leaving your feet like new again.

Hand Treatment

This pampering treatment is designed to smooth and soften your hands. We apply hot towels to further relax your hands and then apply a sugar scrub that is used to lift off dead skin and prepare the skin for a moisturizing hand massage. Your friends will be the envy of your soft silky hands!

Peppermint Lavender Scalp Massage

For those of you who can't get enough time on your scalp, this is perfect for you! We apply a few drops of lavender and peppermint oil and gently rub it into the scalp. The lavender helps you go into a deeper relaxation while the peppermint invigorates and stimulates your hair follicles.

Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy is the practice of using natural oils to enhance psychological and physical well-being. We use a scent that you like best but depending on your needs, we can also make blends that can help boost your mood and help bring you into a deeper state of relaxation.
